The first Türk Melodisi Festivali was held in Istanbul. Seven songs entered the competition to get a ticket for ESC #3. The Winner was Aynur Aydin with the song "Damla Damla".

TRT announced the entries between 13 June 2017.
Turkey represented by Aynur Aydin with the song "Damla Damla" the winner in the national selection. receive 6,654 points from the televoting. In the Europa Song Contest in the third edition Turkey performed TBD place in the semi final and finished in the TBD place and receive TBD points. In the grand final Azerbaijan performed in TBD place and finished in the TBD place and receice TBD points.
