Silvia Costache, professionally known as Seeya, is a singer from Chisinau, Moldova. On 17 August 2018 the Azerbaijani Broadcaster AzTV announce that the country will represented by Seeya in the eighth edition along with an Azerbaijani singer Samira Efendi with the song "Tocame" in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Early life[]
She studied at the "Gheorghe Tatarescu" Art High School in Focsani, and now she faces the journalism faculty at "Hyperion" University in Bucharest
Seeya debuted with the song "Chocolata" and has so far collected over 34 million views on YouTube. The artist recently told her that she received a Facebook message asking her if she wanted to sing alongside Rihanna.
Silvia accepted it on the spot, especially since her debut track is already known to the audience there, but also in other countries like Russia or Georgia.
