Samira Efendiyev, professionally known as Efendi, is an Azerbaijani singer from Baku, Azerbaijan. The Azerbaijani Broadcaster AzTV announce on 25 April 2018 that the country will represented in the sixth edition by Samira Efendi with the song "Dans Ediyorum" in Dnipro, Ukraine. On 17 August 2018 the Azerbaijani Broadcaster AzTV announce that the country will represent in the eighth edition along with a Romanian singer Seeya with the song "Tocame" in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
