Radmila "Rada" Manojlović (born 25 August 1985) is a Serbian pop-folk singer. She became famous after competing in the 2007 season of the televised singing competition Zvezde Granda. Her first studio album was released in 2009.

Early life[]

Radmila Manojlović was born 25 August 1985 in Požarevac, Serbia and raised in the nearby village Četereže. She was one of two children—a two daughters—born to Rade Manojlović and his wife Mirjana. Her half-brother from first marriage is Nenad, who is also a singer, while her younger sister is Marija. Their mother Mirjana (1964–2004) died of cervical cancer in 2004, at age 40, when Rada was 19. If she is alive, Mirjana would be 54 years old this year.

Career[]

At age 18, Manojlović auditioned for the first season of the televised singing contest Zvezde Granda but failed to pass the first round of auditions. She auditioned again in 2007 and made it to the grand finale. Manojlović was signed to the record label Grand Production and released her first studio album Deset ispod nule in 2009.
