Sara Pétursdóttir (born 26 March 1997), better known by her stage name Glowie, is an Icelandic singer. She began her career in 2015, with the release of her debut single, "No More". The song went on to become a hit single in Iceland. The song was followed by the release of three other singles. In 2017, she was named one of the hottest Icelandic artists by Vice. In March 2017, it was announced that she had signed an international recording contract with Columbia Records and RCA Records.
Europa Song Contest 6[]
Glowie was selected via the Icelandic national selection Söngvakeppnin 2 to represent Iceland in Europa Song Contest 6 featuring an English group iLL Blu with the song "Tribalist". Iceland was draw to compete in the second semi-final.
